Ski walking is an excellent way to get your muscles ready

for the upcoming season. Bring your poles and be ready

to do a little hill work, or walk along the base of the hill.

There are areas suitable for easy as well as challenging

hill work. Post workout we will have lunch at the Wheatstack

Restaurant which is close by on Route 53.
